Terms of service — flowxapi

Important notice: flowxapi is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. (formerly Twitter).

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, or accessing any flowxapi REST endpoint or webhook pipeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.

2. Service description and metering

flowxapi provides programmatic developer access to public social data and automation pipelines. All requests are metered on a pay-as-you-go basis ($0.001 per executed call unless specified otherwise in your plan). Deposited credits are non-refundable and do not expire.

3. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use flowxapi to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Transmit spam, unauthorized bulk messages, or unsolicited marketing.
Harass, stalk, or infringe upon the privacy rights of individuals.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication boundaries, or payment systems.

4. API keys and account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bearer API keys. Any activity performed using your keys will be charged to your wallet balance. If you suspect an API key has been compromised, you must immediately revoke it via the developer dashboard.

5. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. flowxapi disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Termination

flowxapi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or engage in abuse without prior notice.
